Two days ago, I flew into Salt Lake… caught an Uber to Young Living’s HQ… and then car-pooled a ride to Gary’s lodge. Somewhere 2 hours away…
Before coming, in an email, I was warned…
* If you have dieting instructions, tell your wife… 🙂
* There are plenty of vegetarians on the trip… and they’re all out grazing the field. The rest of us will eat bison, elk, deer… (you get the idea…)
* I can work in the gym if I want to look like a man… or I can join the crew and move heavy boulders in the field…
Oh… and I’ve been invited to join the guys for FIRE WALKING! That’s right LEGIT WALKING ON FIRE!!!! As in… with your bare feet!!!!

(So much for the hiking boots I’m wearing!)
Anyway, opportunities like this didn’t exist with this company 10 or 15 years ago when guys like Chip started.
I love this convo- and how we began dialoguing about the role we (new guys play) and the role HE played…
We’ve come in at different seasons… and totally enhanced each other and, dare I say it, made each other better because of it…
